Hassler Fall Fundraiser
The 2nd Annual Hassler Trot was a success!!
Now we must work to reach our GOAL of $30,000!!!
Remember, any donations above our GOAL will be donated to Lemm Elementary to replace their Leveled Readers that were destroyed during Hurricane Harvey.
How It Works
All students will participate in the Hassler Trot that will take place throughout the school day on Friday, October 27th on the Hassler track!
We are asking students to collect pledges and direct donations for the laps they will be running that day. Direct donations and pledges can be submitted by clicking the corresponding link above OR by using the donation forms and envelope provided in the Tuesday folder.
Pledge forms (white copy) will be collected now through the day of the run - October 27st.
Pledge forms (yellow copy), along with money raised, should be turned in from October 9 –
Incentives will directly benefit your student in his/her classroom!!! Each teacher will be granted 10% of what their class raises in donations, up to $250. This allocation can be used for items to enhance the learning experience in the classroom.
The grade level with the highest amount raised will be invited to a special Movie and Pizza Night at Hassler.
A medal will be given to the boy and girl from each grade level who run the most laps.
A certificate will be given to each student who participates in the Trot.
Visit the Hassler Facebook group (Hassler (News, Updates & Reminders)!) to stay up to date on each classroom’s progress. Periodic emails will also be sent from your child’s teacher and school administration. Please direct all questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are so thankful to our 2016-17 Red Level Sponsors for their generosity!
