CHILD ACCESS, EARLY DISMISSAL & TRANSPORTATION

ACCESS

No one can have access to Your child during school hours, or check Your child out of school during the school day except the parent or guardian that has signed the registration card. Emergency contacts on the front of the registration card may not have access to, or remove children from the campus without written consent from the parent/guardian on the registration card.

EARLY DISMISSALS

We are happy to allow an early dismissal provided that procedures are followed as outlined below.

We will need a written note from the parent or guardian who signed the registration card for all early dismissals. After 2:30pm, early dismissals will not be permitted unless a note with your signature is sent with your child to the Front Office the morning of the early dismissal.

Phone in or walk in requests to the Front Office will be accepted for an unexpected medical appointments or emergencies only.

Requests must be received before 2:30pm and your child must provide a medical note to the Attendance Office the following day.

Volunteers in the building who finish early may not take their child before the 3:20pm dismissal bell.

CHANGE OF TRANSPORTATION

Before your child arrives at school in the morning, they should know how they are going home and what to do if the weather will change that plan.

If you need to change the way your child goes home, requests must be received before 2:30pm.
